SHIPPING
All make-up/cosmetic cases will be subjected to $10 - $20 (depending on the item ordered) delivery charge to Singapore addresses.
Other than the above, we offer FREE SHIPPING (postage) to Singapore addresses, no matter how much you order. All items will usually be sent via SingPost normal mail, unless indicated.
If you wish to have your item delivered via Singapost Registered mail, we will add $2.20 to your order total. In the unlikely event that you did not receive your items, TWITCH will NOT be held responsible for lost mails sent via normal mail but we will contact Singpost to inform them of the situation and seek their assistance.
Your parcel will be shipped out within 1 - 2 days upon receiving payment.
Delivery times by SingPost registered mail is usually within 1 - 4 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do accept international orders. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping to addresses outside of Singapore. Please email us with your required orders and we will respond within 24 hours.
We will send an invoice via email. We use "Paypal" to collect international orders payment. While you need not have a paypal account to make payment, you must have a valid credit card to make the purchases from us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take great care to ship out your items. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the products you have purchased with TWITCH, please email us within 15 days of purchase.
Item(s) will only be considered for exchange/ returns if it is in the ORIGINAL condition and unused (Due to hygiene reasons, false eyelashes and make-up brushes are strictly non-exchangeable/ non-returnable).
